Abstract

Publikacja „Aksjosfera duszy – dusza w aksjosferze” jest trzecim tomem z cyklu „Antropologiczno-językowe wizerunki duszy w perspektywie międzykulturowej”. Wielokulturowe ujęcie problematyki duszy pozwala na wgląd w jej realizacje w skali mikro, skupione na narodowej/regionalnej specyfice, jak też w skali makro – ukierunkowane na uniwersalne wartości przypisywane duszy z punktu widzenia duchowych potrzeb człowieka, które dają się zaobserwować w kulturach ludów odległych od siebie tak w czasie, jak i w przestrzeni. Niniejszy tom stanowi kontynuację międzynarodowej i interdyscyplinarnej debaty nad antropologiczno-językowymi wizerunkami duszy w perspektywie międzykulturowej, rozpoczętej w 2015 roku w ramach konferencji „Świat oczyma duszy – dusza w oczach świata”. Rozprawy zawarte w tym tomie stanowią pokłosie kolejnej konferencji z tego cyklu, poświęconej problematyce aksjologicznej, która odbyła się w 2017 roku. Ze względu na to, że wielu autorów było uczestnikami obu sesji, ich teksty stanowią niekiedy nawiązanie do uprzednio podjętych rozważań lub ich rozwinięcie.

The monograph “Dusza w aksjosferze – aksjosfera duszy” [The Axiosphere of the Soul – the Soul in the Axiosphere] is the third collective work in the series “Antropologiczno-językowe wizerunki duszy w perspektywie międzykulturowej” [Anthropological and Linguistic Images of the Soul in an Intercultural Perspective]. Approaching the subject-matter of the soul from a multicultural perspective allows for an insight into its realizations on a micro scale (focusing on national/regional specificities) and on a macro scale (as related to the universal values ascribed to the soul from the point view of the spiritual needs of the human being, observable in the cultures of spatially and temporarily distant groups). The present volume is a continuation of the international and interdisciplinary debate concerning the anthropological and linguistic images of the soul in an intercultural perspective, initiated in 2015 by the conference “Świat oczyma duszy – dusza w oczach świata” [The Soul in the Eyes of the World – the World through the Eyes of the Soul]. It features articles prepared for the second conference, which took place in 2017 and was devoted to issues of axiology. As many of the authors participated in both conferences, the the texts sometimes refer to or elaborate on previous deliberations.
